Cookies, pixels and targeted advertising
Cookies and pixels are small files and code that let a site recognize your browser and measure activity. We use the tools below.
| Tool | Type | Purpose | Provider policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| WordPress and WPML | Essential | Site operation, session and chosen language | — |
| Google Analytics 4 | Analytics | Visit and page-usage statistics | |
| Microsoft Clarity | Analytics | Heatmaps and session recordings to improve usability | Microsoft |
| Google Ads | Advertising | Conversion tracking and targeted ads | |
| Meta Pixel | Advertising | Campaign measurement and targeted ads on Facebook and Instagram | Meta |
You can opt out of targeted advertising through our cookie settings, Google Ad Settings, your Meta ad preferences and the Digital Advertising Alliance. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though some site features may stop working.
Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.
Do Not Track. There is no common standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, so the site does not currently respond to them.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers: hosting, email, newsletter delivery, WhatsApp, analytics and advertising (Google, Microsoft and Meta), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Manufacturers, distributors and business partners: only when you request a quote or solution that depends on them, and only the information needed for it.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Under some state laws, letting advertising partners collect information through pixels on our site may count as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”. You can opt out as described in Sections 5 and 8.
The site may include embedded content from other websites, such as YouTube videos. That content behaves as if you had visited the source site, which may collect information under its own policy.
How long we keep information and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for each purpose, then delete or de-identify it.
| Information | Retention period |

| Customer and order records | For the duration of the relationship, plus up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes |
| Newsletter and marketing lists | Until you unsubscribe |
| Analytics and advertising cookies | Per each tool’s settings, generally up to 13 months |

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, such as secure connections (HTTPS), access controls and providers with recognized security standards. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable state law.
