SprintRay NanoPrint: 35-micron dental 3D printing in a compact footprint
The SprintRay NanoPrint is a compact chairside dental 3D printer for practices that want to print in-office. It combines 35-micron XY resolution with a 105 × 75 × 75 mm build area, and a footprint of 25 × 37 cm with the lid closed. Layer thickness is 50, 100 or 170 µm, depending on the material.
NanoPrint connects to SprintRay Cloud over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. You can build print jobs with Print Setup, or print designs ordered through SprintRay’s Cloud Design service, and send them straight to the printer. A heated build platform, slide-in 150 mL resin tanks with RFID tracking and a barcode scanner for resin keep the setup simple, while the 7-inch touchscreen tracks the health of the tank and the optical panel.
