SprintRay Pro 95S: taximum throughput for dental models, guides and dentures
The SprintRay Pro 95S is a comprehensive dental 3D printer built for throughput. It is the larger of SprintRay’s Pro S printers, with an 18.2 × 10.2 cm build plate that batches many parts in one job. Practices and labs use it for surgical guides, study and wax-up models, aligner models, occlusal guards, try-in dentures and denture bases, and SprintRay says most appliances print in-office in under 30 minutes.
The Pro 95S is designed to be easy to learn, teach and delegate. Onboard sensors track the printer’s environment and activity and guide your team with on-screen prompts. An RFID-tracked resin tank tells you when to reorder, and dual heating of the tank and build plate improves adhesion and consistency. It connects to SprintRay’s software and post-processing, so scans move from your intraoral scanner to finished parts with fewer manual steps.
What you can print with the SprintRay Pro 95S
Built for practices and labs that print guides, models and dentures in volume.
Surgical guides
Print implant surgical guides in-house and batch several on one platform, so guided cases are ready when the patient is.
Dental, study and aligner models
Produce study models, wax-up models and models for clear aligners in volume. The large build plate keeps per-model time low for ortho and restorative workflows.
Occlusal guards
Print occlusal guards and night guards in-office for faster delivery and easy remakes.
Try-in dentures and denture bases
Print try-in dentures to confirm fit and esthetics, then denture bases for the final prosthesis, all on the same printer.
